“ Outstanding tacos! I have been for breakfast twice (they open at 9am). I got tripa tacos that I always order extra crispy but the majority of taquerias still don’t actually crisp it up. This place DOES! And they’re delicious. The lady who took my order was very nice. Also got horchata both times, which was tasty but on the sweeter side. Ordering it with extra ice helps with the sweetness. It is inside of a market with lots of produce, groceries, and specialty meats. Definitely worth checking out! ”

“ A "hidden gem." This is a restaurant that's less about the glam and more about the flavor. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the tortas and tacos are exceptional! It when won this year's Yelp award - and that's no accident. Located in a very unassuming strip mall attached to a gas station, it's very easy to miss this place (especially when it's nestled in between said gas station and another, Asian-themed restaurant. Once inside, it looks like another bodega or small Mexican market. But make no mistake, that's the restaurant. You have a choice to dine in or take out. I would do take out but eat in the car immediately because the food is trying delicious. Dining in can get cramped as there are only 5 or so two-seater tables. I HIGHLY recommend the asada torta and the Birria de Chivo taco plate. They have "just" a Birria plate, but the taco plate comes with the broth and freshly heated tortillas that are a HUGE game changer. Very good stuff, my family and I are excited to go back and try more from the menu. ”
